The Masterplan

The proposals have taken into account a number of technical studies looking at key uses including transport and access, ecology, archaeology, flood risk, landscape and visual impact and facility and service provision. Discussions have been held with a number of key statutory agencies and these have informed the proposals.

The East of Loughborough SUE lies immediately to the east of the existing built up area of Loughborough and any development would be concentrated mainly to the north of the existing A60 and north of Cotes village.
