Promotional Document

In developing proposals for an SUE East of Loughborough, Davidsons prepared a promotional document to provide the necessary supporting information to assist the Borough Council in its consideration of alternative development options around the town. Addendum to Promotional Document

Following discussions with Council officers, an updated statement and masterplan was prepared and submitted to the Council in August 2008. This took into account guidance in the emerging Regional Plan and other technical studies. A copy of the updated statement is also available for download here - 7.5 MB File
